These terms explain how booking requests, payments, cancellations, weather decisions, and guest responsibilities work for Navy Blue Yachting tours and taxi boat transfers.
Booking requests
Submitting a tour booking form starts the reservation process. We reply with meeting instructions, route notes, and any final details by email, phone, or WhatsApp.
Taxi boat requests are manually reviewed because the final quote depends on route, date, time, luggage, pickup point, and sea conditions.
A tour or transfer is secured after we accept the request and, where required, receive the agreed deposit.
Prices and payment
Prices shown on the website are listed in euros and may be per person or per boat depending on the tour type.
Private tours normally require a 15% deposit to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of service unless agreed otherwise.
Entrance tickets, lunch, personal expenses, and optional costs are not included unless clearly stated on the tour page.
Weather and safety
The skipper has final authority over route, stops, departure, and cancellation decisions. Safety of guests and crew always comes first.
If sea or weather conditions make the planned route unsuitable, we may offer a safer route, reschedule the trip, or cancel according to the cancellation policy.
Guest responsibilities
Guests must arrive on time, follow crew instructions, provide accurate contact and guest information, and disclose health or mobility concerns relevant to a speedboat trip.
Tours are not recommended for pregnant guests, guests with serious back or neck problems, or children below the stated minimum age.
Cancellations
The cancellation policy shown on the cancellation page applies unless a different policy is agreed in writing for a specific private booking or transfer.
No-shows and late arrivals may be treated as same-day cancellations.
Taxi boat transfers
Taxi boat prices are indicative until confirmed. Final pricing depends on departure point, destination, date, time, waiting time, luggage, and sea conditions.
Night departures, pickups outside the usual Split area, or special requests may require an additional charge.
Liability
We operate licensed boats with professional crew and take reasonable care to provide a safe and enjoyable experience.
We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by weather, port authority decisions, guest lateness, force majeure, or third-party services outside our control.
