Where do tours depart from?
All tours depart from the Split Sign on the Riva (Obala Hrvatskog narodnog preporoda), in the centre of Split. Boarding is 15 minutes before departure.
What is included in the price?
All transportation and fuel, a professional skipper and sailor, snorkelling equipment, wind jackets, bottled water on board and travel insurance. Lunch and entrance fees (e.g. Blue Cave) are extra.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If the sea is unsafe, we contact you. When the weather rules out the planned route, the choice is yours: another route that same day, a new date free of charge, or a full refund of everything you paid. Light rain alone is not a reason to cancel: the boats are fully covered.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
More than 7 days before departure: free of charge, and everything you paid is refunded. 7 days or less before departure, or a no-show: we keep the 15% deposit and refund everything paid above it, with nothing further to pay. 7 days means 168 hours before the departure time. Moving your booking to another date is free at any time before departure, within the same season, as long as there is space on the boat. Weather rules out the route? You choose: another route that day, a new date free of charge, or a full refund.
How much is the deposit and when do I pay the balance?
A 15% deposit is paid online when you book. The remaining amount is paid on the day of the tour, in cash on board or by a payment link you receive that day; there is no card terminal on the boat. The cave ticket is paid in cash.
Are tours suitable for children?
Yes, children are welcome, but our speedboat tours are not recommended for children under 5: hours on a fast boat are a lot for a small child. The Party Night Hvar tour is strictly 18+. Pregnant women and people with serious back problems should choose a calmer route.
How long are the crossings?
The longest is Split to Biševo, about 90 minutes by speedboat. That keeps day trips from Split to islands like Vis, Hvar and Brač comfortably within a single day.
