How quickly we answer

In season you can expect a reply within a few hours, and always within 24. WhatsApp gets the fastest answer because whoever is not on the water has it in their pocket. Email is the better choice when there is detail to work through — a private charter route, a group split across two boats, or a day that has to fit around a flight.

What to tell us

The date, how many of you there are, and which tour or which islands you have in mind. Anything we should plan around genuinely helps: young children, someone with limited mobility, a dietary restriction for the lunch stop, or a return flight that evening. It saves an exchange of four emails and it lets us tell you straight away whether the day works.

Where to find us

The boats leave from the Matejuška pier on the Split Riva, about five minutes on foot from Diocletian's Palace. Boarding is fifteen minutes before departure. If you cannot spot the boat on the morning, phone rather than wander — someone from the crew is always on the pier and will walk out to meet you.

Asking is not booking

Nothing you send here commits you to anything. We answer questions every week from people who end up not booking, and that is exactly what the inbox is for. A 15% deposit is taken only once you have confirmed a date and a price, and the balance is paid on the day of the tour.

Out of season

The season runs from late April to early November. Between November and March we are off the water and a reply can take a day or two. Next season's dates open through the winter, and the popular Saturdays in July and August are usually spoken for by early spring.
