Getting from Hotel Briig to our boats

Hotel Briig is at Slobode 23, 21000 Split, in the Žnjan district on the eastern coastline of the city. It is about 3 km from the central Split Riva — a 10-minute taxi ride (€8–€12), a 25-minute coastal walk, or a complimentary transfer arranged with us when you book.

For early-morning Blue Cave departures (07:30), the complimentary transfer is the practical choice: door-to-dock in 10 minutes, with no taxi-app stress at 06:45 in the morning. For the half-day 13:00 tour, walking the Žnjan promenade and grabbing lunch on the Riva is a lovely build-up to the boat.

Briig's breakfast service runs 07:00–11:00 in the rooftop restaurant. For the 07:30 boat that means either an early 06:45 sit-down (the kitchen will accommodate) or a takeaway from the lobby. The hotel team handles either smoothly — let them know the night before.

Coming back from the boat at 17:30, Briig's rooftop pool and the in-house cocktail bar are an exceptional post-tour wind-down. The pool is one of the best in Split for sunset, and the bar staff make the best espresso martini in the city. Use them.

Žnjan beach and the post-tour ritual

Žnjan beach is a 5-minute walk below Briig — a long pebble bay with calm shallow water, beach bars, and far smaller crowds than Bačvice. Many Briig guests stop at Žnjan for a quick swim before walking up to the hotel for a shower and dinner. It's one of the under-appreciated Split rituals.
