Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 19, 2026

We collect only the information needed to answer inquiries, manage bookings, and improve the website. This page explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it.

Who controls your data

Navy Blue Yachting, based in Split, Croatia, is the data controller for inquiries sent through this website. You can contact us at info@navyblueyachting.com.

This policy applies to website visitors, guests who request a tour booking, taxi boat inquiries, and people who contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp, or social media.

What we collect

When you request a booking or transfer, we collect the details needed to answer and manage the request: name, email, phone number, preferred date, number of guests, pickup location, route details, and any message you choose to send.

When you browse the site, we may collect privacy-friendly analytics such as page views, referrer, language, device type, and conversion events like WhatsApp clicks or submitted inquiries.

Why we use it

We use inquiry data to respond, arrange deposits, prepare the tour or transfer, and provide customer support.

We use analytics to understand which pages and languages help guests book, improve the website, and measure marketing performance.

Analytics and cookies

The site includes Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not track visitors across websites.

If Google Analytics is enabled later, it is loaded only after consent and configured with IP anonymization where available. You can decline optional tracking in the consent banner.

Third-party services

We may use email delivery services to receive and reply to booking requests. If you contact us through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TripAdvisor, or Google Maps, those services process data under their own privacy policies.

We only share information when needed to operate the service, respond to your request, comply with law, or protect the safety of guests and crew.

Retention

Booking and inquiry records are kept only as long as needed for customer communication, accounting, legal obligations, dispute handling, and service improvement.

You can ask us to delete inquiry data when we no longer need it for those purposes.

Your GDPR rights

If you are in the EU or EEA, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing of your personal data.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In Croatia, that authority is the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency.
